Florida blue

This Instructor-Led Training (ILT) was developed for nursing and pharmacy curriculum streams for Florida Blue. The project involved collaboration between internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, to streamline training content in anticipation of the new software release for Jiva 6.1. A mix of Instructor-Led Training and Computer-Based Training (CBT) was utilized.
